Wits Explanation

Have you ever heard of the word W.I.T.S well you probably haven't because it comes from our school. W.I.T.S means Walk away, Ignore it, Talk about it and Seek help.

Coming back to the word W.I.T.S have you ever wondered what the W stands for? Well I’m here to tell you so don’t read your books or play video games stay tuned and listen to what I have to say. W what a wonderful letter the letter W stands for Walk Away you might wonder why would you need to Walk Away Well lets say that someone is bullying you or saying mean things about you all you need to do is Walk Away. If you want to know what the other awesome letters of the alphabet means then read along.

Okay, now for the letter I the letter I stands for ignore it. To ignore it is to not listen to someone when they are swearing at you or saying mean things about you then you just ignore it that’s being a role model. so don’t swear or say something bad because you’ll get into trouble.

Talk to people that you no like teacher mum dad but try to talk to the bully but make it a positive not a negative if it was a negative he might not forgive you. If it was positive he might forgive you and then you could become friends.

When it gets to hard you can seek help by telling the teacher then the teacher will solve the problem but as I said before it’s better than going on detention and do not go straight away try the other steps seek is like the last thing to do but this is when you have nothing else to do out of Walk Away, Ignore It or Talk About It you find a teacher.

How can this help you this can help by all problems because it helps it can help it can help because if you are encouraged to have a fight you can do all of those things and I can promise you that using your WITS will help you. So enough from me just remember USE YOUR WITS!

Dynamite Bay Sleepover Part 1!

It is exactly 2:27 right now and the dynamite bay sleepover is at 3:00 o'clock I'm feeling very excited. A couple of my friends are coming including Collin, Stevenson but sadly Louis is feeling sick so he can't come hopefully Ryan can come because he has muscular dystrophy so it would give him a hard time getting up Mt Wellington.I'm just in my house watching the clock tick by tick tock tick tock. almost ready but while we wait let me tell you what I did today.

First we watched a couple of movies then we went to the marist rugby club then to the park which was really fun then we came home. Oops sorry got to go or I will be late For the sleepover see you later alligator.

Our First Event

Today is the first day of the year five and six camp. Our first event is Kayaking I am really excited but I wanted to do it later on in the day but at least we get to do it. So there we were traveling to our destination we just left the school grounds and we are traveling to the reserve.

When we reached the park to get changed into our togs the doors were locked then we saw the man with the key he was just about to leave! Then with a loud voice Mrs Jacobson asked, “May you please open the door so we can get changed”. The man agreed to open the door. When all the boys finished getting changed the girls were still in the changing rooms not even getting changed until about one minute later.

Where on the beach now we are about to go kayaking Mr Burt told us how to paddle and how to get in the boat. We finished our kayaking now it’s time for a swim. We finished our swim it was fun but now it’s time go back to school and have fun catch you later.

My Writing Test

Friends what does a good friend mean to me well listen to this story and find out. What friendship means to me well it means well to be kind, be respectful, to care for one another last to look out for each other and that my friends is what this story is all about.

Where is a good place to start oh I know it starts with Being Kind and Respectful. Being kind is when you treat each other like mates even if their not. But if they are then that’s when you have to treat each other like you would like to be treated, giving them space when they want it, letting everyone have a turn to speak if it is a group discussion or when they just want to have a rest and chill out you let them.

Next is caring for one another to care for each other is to say nice things about them and don’t put them down that’s a biggy. Caring means to not bully each other because if you did fight all the time and get into trouble then what kind of friend is that! But if you do fight and don’t do it often, and you sort it out then that’s not a bad thing after all is it.

Up next is looking out for each other yeepee! Looking out for each other does NOT mean this, it does not mean that if your mate/s are in a fight you just stand there and stare at them and go oooh aaah like a Wrestling match, you either stand up for them and either hold them back or stop the fight or maybe just push them both back the next thing that you could do is tell a teacher that would probably be the best.

The man who escaped a black hole!

It all starts with a little boy when he was born his mother hated him because he was so
creepy and scary that his mother and father kicked him out of the house literally. He now
needed to survive on his own but he has always wanted to travel out into the far reaches of
space and discover the different planets that is out there that no one has discovered yet so
he gets ready because tomorrow he's on his way and he will be traveling out into space.

"Today I'm going out in space", said the creepy man he is ready he is set now lift off the
rocket flew up up in the air and left with all the fire and smoke trailing behind him. As he got
near the star pluto he was getting tired so he had a rest but he forgot to turn the power off
so there he was snoring. he was having the sleep of his life so he just wanted to stay in the
rocket ship for ever and sleep but he would have to wake up some time.

He woke up and heard the danger alarm going off but he thought it was an alarm clock. The
noise was getting annoying now so he loomed up and saw the big black hole. He heaved
on the reverse and pulled back but it wasn't working so he had to leave.

My Statistical Investagation

I was comparing wind speed to temperature and I found out that at 7:00:00 am the temperature got higher and the wind speed went down. Overall the temperature was really high that day.

I conclude that during this week it will stay the same but with slight differences. Also, the wind will always die down during the night.

I recommend that the graph that is the easiest to understand is the top graph.
